About CircleBack Consulting

Landowners, during large scale construction projects, have a legal right to force construction companies to follow strict environmental guidelines to protect their property. Currently, large infrastructure projects (pipelines, transmission lines, etc) leverage loopholes preventing environmental compliance and regulation of these projects.

At CircleBack Consulting, we walk landowners through the easement negotiation process to ensure environmental loopholes are removed; therefore mandating the construction project abide by all Federal and State environmental laws. These Federal and State environmental laws, when properly in place, protect the landowner’s property, prevent undue land depreciation, promote wildlife, preserve water quality, increase soil health, and conserve many other non-renewable natural resources.

In addition to being an integral part of the easement negotiation process; CircleBack Consulting is onsite to monitor environmental compliance, require construction company environmental compliance, and issue stop-work directives when construction is not compliant.

Our services posture the landowner as leader in the environmental compliance and oversight of the construction project.

Pipeline Construction

Today’s fast-paced civil construction processes often overlook the need for sound, science-based specifications to ensure natural resource conservation and environmental stewardship.  In our experience, the lack of available expertise is the cause for civil construction projects to omit the proper science-based land treatment specifications. With experience in land management, conservation, ecological restoration, environmental compliance, and wildlife habitat management CircleBack provides the needed expertise. CircleBack will ensure sound conservation and stewardship specifications are followed throughout the project; thereby benefiting all project stakeholders.

Due Diligence

As stakeholders in large scale construction projects, both landowners and civil construction companies have a vested interest in the implementation of sound, science-based natural resource conservation and environmental stewardship practices.  The implementation of these practices is a two step process:

First, CircleBack assists with the development of easement contract language and surface use agreement language. In doing so, CircleBack is ensuring the inclusion of sound, science-based natural resource conservation and environmental stewardship specifications.

Secondly, CircleBack will monitor, document, and oversee the execution of the specifications throughout the construction project.

Enviro Stewardship

As stewards of soil, water, air, wildlife habitat, and land ecology CircleBack strongly advocates for responsible natural resource management strategies during civil construction projects.  CircleBack provides all stakeholders (landowners, civil contractors, etc) the opportunity to elevate environmental stewardship by implementing science-based project specifications. Project stakeholders share in the desire to responsibly conduct construction projects.  We are proud to guide stakeholders in elevating natural resource conservation and environmental stewardship!
